∙ If you are not registered for participation in the PLUS-Forum, you can request a conference program in the Organizing Committee.

∙ If you are already registered for PLUS-Forum, type in the six-digit number from your e-ticket in the box below, and the Programme will be sent to the e-mail address specified during your registration.
