- Invite your current and prospective customers to visit your booth at the Forum. Bankers are not charged participation fees. You just need to pass through the online registration and get your e-ticket. We can provide you with a layout of the letter of invitation to customers. Here.
- You can place the Forum logo on your website to inform the Forum audience about your status of Sponsor or Partner of the event, and send a PLUS-Forum newsletter to those concerned.

Delivery, installation and adjustment of equipment for the exhibition shall be on September 6, 2022 from 15:00 to 18:00. The stand must be ready before 22:00 on September 6, 2022.
Dismantling and removal shall be on September 8 after the end of the last session and until 22:00.Delivery and removal of materials and equipment shall be carried out through the service entrance.
Rules of arrival and parking during the Forum development / work:
Entrance to the territory of Radisson Slavyanskaya shall be from the side of Berezhkovskaya embankment. Delivery and removal of any equipment shall be through the loading dock only (see diagram below).
ACCESS TO THE DOCK for UNLOADING
The dock gate is permanently closed. The button for calling the security service, which opens the gate, is located on the left side of the gate. Please, accurately and clearly tell the security officer the name of the company (or event) and the date for which the equipment is being delivered.
Signs show the way of equipment delivery from the dock to the banquet halls. The sizes of the freight elevators lifting the equipment from the basement (loading dock) to the 2nd floor (banquet halls), are as follows:

Maximum lifting capacity is 900 kg. Please note that it is strictly forbidden to transport freights in an elevator marked “for transporting food, clean linen and clean kitchenware.”
The method of delivery of freights of dimensions or weight exceeding the limits of the elevator, must be discussed in advance with representatives of the department for organizing banquets and receptions.
Parking Information:
We would like to draw your attention to the fact that car parking in the territory of the hotel is paid, with the first 15 minutes of the first hour being free.
The current parking fee in the territory of the hotel is 250 rubles per hour.
Payment for parking in the territory of the hotel is mandatory for all cars, including those delivering the equipment to events.
Rules for entry / exit and placing of vehicles on the territory of the guest parking lot
Price: RUB250 per hour for any vehicle (car / truck / bus)
The price of booking a parking lot:
- for a passenger car = 500 rubles / hour
- for a truck = 1000 rubles / hour
Parking services are paid for at a one-time hourly rate through automatic cashiers in cash or with credit / payment cards.
If a parking card is lost, a compensation in the amount of RUB500 per unit shall be paid to the Parking Department against an invoice or through the operators of the Parking Department using the automatic teller (in the evening) + the established parking fee is charged for the time of the car stay in the parking lot.
The administration will not be liable for damage to or safekeeping of a car and property left in it.
7) How will meals be organized?
Meals will be free, 2 coffee breaks and lunch each day of the Forum.
8) Internet connection at the exhibition
Access to Wi-Fi of up to 1MB/sec is available. The password is provided on arrival at the exhibition directorate desk. If you need a wired Internet to the stand, please contact the Organizing Committee at least 14 days before the beginning of the Forum.
9) The Forum Programme:
Forum will be held in the 2 day format and include Exhibition and Conference.
